Sportmax Resort 2012
Somehow it’s only yesterday that I actually saw the Sportmax Resort 2012 collection, which left me feeling a little bit, how should I put it, “delayed in fashion development”. Still, it’s better to do it now then never because the collection is definitely worth a look and plenty of love.

And yes I certainly did love it very much! Simple looks, luxurious fabrics, eye catching details and impeccable cuts and shapes made me wish I wore these clothes every day. I adore this understated chic look so much.

  1. Natalie, hope you having a wonderful Summer so far. :-)))) Well, to be honest - really not my style and I see a little bit of simplifyed Prada in this. I also don't really like Collections that can be worn only by very very skinny girls and in this case the length of the skirts suggests that only very small frame can carry it. I also have to be honest - I am growing a little bit tired of "safe" Collections that are spreading like wild fire lately. There is a very thin line between understated chic and the absence of creative imagination. I am starting to think that taking chances and suggesting something unuqie and new is no longer a priority. There is no signature to this and many other collections just like this one. Here is exactly why it looks a little bit outdated - if not for you showing the date it could be easily be the Collection from 3 years ago or 5 or from the next season forward. :-)I miss color, texture, beatiful cut... Hope that I did not upset you with my rumblings!:-))))

  2. I respect your opinions.
I just gotta say that I enjoyed seeing these pics and really like it.
There are oh so many collections that duplicate a certain style form many years before, fashion is like that.
    Thanks for posting them;)

  3. To be honest - the designs aren´t really my style. Though I must say that they (in some way) actually look good... Wow, that sounded off ;)

  6. i like that brand too, like a lot the dark blue one shoulder dress but without the socks and shoes, give me more feminine ones x

  7. I like the coats and the rest of the collection is very simple and classic. A lot of this honestly reminds me of Jil Sander and the lower-end inspirations you find in COS or Joseph though. I'd have to agree with Anya to some degree, but then again, Sportmax is more of a leisure brand.

Hope you have a lovely weekend my dear!
