Sweetly sexy Gemma Ward playing Brigitte Bardot in a fashion story photographed by Karl Lagerfeld for the March 2006 issue of US Harper’s Bazaar. The more I look at these photos, the more I am tempted with the hair-do, make-up, clothes and all the powdery softness that feels like a strawberry marshmallow dream.

  1. Gorgeous! You won't believe this. Today I wanted to post the "And God Created Woman" editorial by Max Doyle, starring Abbey Lee Kershaw. I didn't like the images I found and I didn't have time to look for others, so I changed my mind. Surprised? I'm not anymore. ;) Thank you for satisfying my wish of seeing a beautiful editorial in hommage to Brigitte today. xoxo

  5. I think I would absolutely love to have my make up and hair styled like this every day. I think this post has settled it -- I need a live-in stylist. ;) These clothes are gorgeous too, I'm especially loving the last two numbers. Gemma Ward is so beautiful, but the real Brigitte has my heart for sure!

PS. I'm now a happy owner of Balance Me Rose Otto body wash. It actually came with the September issue of Red magazine which I bought today ;-)

  14. @LatteLisa: Yay, you like Red magazine, too, darling? It's one of my favourite glossies ever. Needless to say, I'm a subscriber. And yes, that freebie was great, very nice of them to include it.
And again, yes about Lagerfeld. x

  15. @J: I think you are right about the timeless factor. The editorial is not a recent one and yet a lot of clothes look like something that could be worn now. x
