Outfit inspiration: London fashion week

Moving swiftly to London now and celebrating the start of the fashion week with a new outfit. Unlike the previous one, this look is a mix of high street and high end designers because that’s very British to me. “The local” high street is known for beautiful pieces and accessories, so it would be a shame not to use any.

London fashion week outfit inspiration
On a P.S. kind of note. A couple of days ago yours truly bumped into a group of models rushing to their castings. Frankly, have never seen so many gorgeous girls at once. How designers manage to choose just a few? It’s seems like a very difficult task.

Felt-panelled wool dress & woven wool coat, both by Nicole Farhi, beaded bib necklace by Jaeger, Aviator Beatty platform sandals by Burberry London, Romeo quilted chain shoulder bag by Reiss, Fleur Oriental EDP by Miller Harris, lipstick in Sonnet by Illamasqua, nail varnish in La Moss by Butter London.

  1. Beautiful outfit (Natalia, have you been inspired by all the red we saw during NYFW?) and red remains one of my favorite shades. Nicole Farhi creates very feminine pieces with subtle quirky touches and the dress you chose is so nice!

    1. I certainly was inspired by NYFW reds, darling! I saw the coat and noticed tiny specks of red and decided to go for it. :)
      Enjoy your day!

    1. Oh, Lisa... My heart and mind want this coat so so so badly! It was sold in my size :( and believe it or not I already did quite a bit of internet browsing in order to find one in my size. I'm obsessed... Just can't stop thinking about it. x

  5. Love that red dress! Can't wait to see more from London Fashion Week! I've seen plenty of models in the US, but the ones I've bumped into during fashion week in Milan are unworldly in their beauty and even taller! You just wonder what planet they've arrived from.
    Happy weekend to you!!

    1. That's exactly what I thought, Mary Jo! They look like aliens, the most beautiful creatures with amazing skin and legs that just go on and on and on. :)

  7. LOVE that necklace, it's absolutely gorgeous! And I don't know how designers select their models, it's got to be a tough job :)

    1. Oh, the best thing is the necklace isn't really that expensive, so you can always treat yourself. I love it too, it looks even more beautiful when you look at close-ups.

  8. This is such a chic and luxurious outfit. I think I would feel like a million dollars wearing it. Would be a treat to catch a cab in London wearing this! :)
