Valentino trench, leather trend and quick updates

15/01/2013

Valentino leather trench in City seekers / Elle US August 2011 (photography: Terry Tsiolis, styling: Lester Garcia) via fashioned by love british fashion blog
I am interviewing somebody very special this morning and, timing-wise, totally failing to kill two birds (second being a proper blog post as per schedule) at once.

The trench on the photo above is Valentino Fall 2011. I am in love with it as well as this photo from Elle (the red hair, dark nails and emerald green leather with some gold hardware, the movement are simply perfect). I used the image for my article that was published on Cleanse blog on Monday, so instead of leaving you with a note, I wanted to share a link to the post, too.

  1. Wow. What a fabulous trench! I never thought I would be attracted to emerald green leather, especially in a trench cut, but life is full of surprises :)

  5. Dear Natalia, I'm so curious to know who you are interviewing...just read your post on the Cleanse blog and love it. I cannot agree more with you about the fact that the jacket and the skirt may be the two versatile items that can resist the test of time! Have a nice day, Caterina

  8. I read your article on cleanse blog yesterday and I want to tell you that I have a pencil pink leather skirt that never goes out of fashion. About the jacket, I think it is not for me, but the skirt is perfection. I have worn it this winter vacation with a black small sequins blouse and black ankle boots, perfection. I wish I could be that lucky to afford this green leather coat. I am so happy that this year's color is green! Have a lovely day and hope you will share the interview with us :*
