Open the doors of your wardrobe welcoming a new day and new beginnings. Pull out your clothes coloured in every shade of powdery sand, knits in earthy tones, belted vests that add that special feel of casual elegance, crisp white shirts, a little bit of buttery soft tan leather or suede, a statement cuff bracelet, a pair of classic Ray Ban Aviator sunglasses or Ray Ban Wayfarers in tortoise shell, woven leather sandals or espadrilles and a light as air silk scarf or a panama hat for a touch of glamour.

Start your own safari-inspired adventure wherever you are. The tiger cub is optional, but remember to grab your favourite mini cross body bag or a slouchy caramel satchel on your way out.

  1. I will freely admit that safari chic is a trend I have simply never understood - the colours themselves are lovely and elegant, but anything too crisp and literal leaves the wearer looking at best like a displaced photographer and at worst like they missed the plane that was scheduled to take them on safari. Perhaps this has to do with my prairie upbringing, though - summer style, if it could even be called that, is a decidedly different thing in rural Canada :)

Is a kind of style that I like for summer but I dont think to have the right garments to recreated, I will try anyway! All the runways are very inspiring, love the Ferragamo and Rachel Zoe looks the most! Kisses dear! xo

  6. I love safari, especially with layers of gold link chains. That photo with the trench coat and that gorgeous tan leather hobo bag is to die for.

  8. LOL @ baby tiger is optional. I would have never pictured safari wear for summer (I've always associated with fall wear), but you've totally sold me with your styling description! Where does one even procure 'safari' attire?
