When a woman loves menswear

Marie Claire September 1994 when a woman loves menswear Editorial bridget hall mark vanderloo by jacques olivar kate moodie
I know this is 1994, but admit it, so many clothes are just as desirable and beautifulas they were back then… The lines and proportions are so perfect and the photography that reminded me of old DKNY campaigns and Lindbergh’s work is thoughtful and intangibly chic.

  1. LOVE this! A style I like and love to channel myself and a good old fashion editorial, the kind they don't make anymore.

  6. I love comparing trends like menswear through the decades and noting how it's playing this season versus others, the small differences and the many similarities. Beautiful shots!

  9. I would love to wear this type of style, its sophisticated and classy and somehow the model still brings her own brand of femininity to it.

  10. There is something about a woman in menswear, I think - which is why this editorial looks just as beautiful now as it must have when it debuted in 1994.

  11. I love all of these, but the third one from the bottom is definitely my kind of style. I love the length of trousers and that jumper.
Now off to day dream and imagine myself in this outfit :-)

Have a lovely week lovely Natalia.

  13. Terribly chic, love this editorial, was that Bridget Hall? The fabulous baker boy hat never really goes out of fashion does it. (Says David Beckham who always rocks one).
