Most interesting fashion exhibitions in London Spring-Summer 2014, Vogue Festival, Glamour of Italian Fashion
Are you in London this spring? Then don't forget to add these fantastic fashion events to your stylish calendar! It's been a while since I felt excited about a fashion expo to the point when I booked my tickets as soon as they became available, but finally my prayers have been answered.

On 29 & 30 March the two day fashion extravaganza also known as Vogue Festival will take place in London. This year the impressive guest list includes Valentino Garavani, Franca Sozzani, Phoebe Philo, Angela Missoni, Sarah Burton, Manolo Blahnik, Tory Burch, Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, Luella Bartley, Katie Hillier, Nick Knight, and gorgeous models Karlie Kloss, Naomi Campbell and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.  To book your tickets and find out more, visit Vogue website.

On 5 April Victoria & Albert museum is opening its doors for the admirers of Italian fashion and style with The Glamour of Italian Fashion: 1945 - 2014, a fascinating and insightful exhibition that explores the development of Italian fashion from the post-war ruins to the one of a kind industry renowned for its beauty, elegance, style and craftsmanship.

There will be workshops, evening talks with Angela Missoni, Giambattista Valli, Roberto Cavalli, Bulgari team and emerging fashion designers as well as a glorious display including collections by the most influential Italian designers and fashion houses, from Sorelle Fontana, Simonetta, Pucci, Gucci and Valentino to Dolce&Gabbana, Prada, Missoni, Fendi and Versace.

  6. I'd really love to get myself to a fashion event, thinking of trying to go to the Birmingham Fashion show Live, I went when I was doing my GCSE's. But that was ages ago.

Thanks for the amazing comment about skin, I think it is probably stress AND lack of sleep - I often have 10pm finishes and then 7am starts and I live in a different city to my job too. And I'm in the basement room and can hear everything that my housemates get up to in the kitchen/living room so get woken up in a mornings or can't sleep on evenings because of it. It's stressful! Ha.

  17. These events sound great! I wish I could live in London or Paris for a year or two. Sometime The States exhaust me. But at least I am in NY.
