Olivier Rousteing, the creative director of Balmain, one of the most iconic French fashion houses, is taking a role of Fairy God mother and bringing a piece of Parisian chic to every girl who's ever dreamed of being a Balmain Cinderella, but for obvious reasons, could't quite afford the pearls and swirls straight off the catwalk.
Everything will change on 5 November, the day when we will get an opportunity to casually stroll into one of the 250 H&M shops and buy a bit of Balmain magic thanks to the latest collaboration between the Parisian house and the high street brand.
Rousteing announced the news at Billboard Music Awards where he appeared in a company of Jourdan Dunn and Kendall Jenner, both dressed in Balmain pour H&M.
"I'm really proud to be a part of a new story. It's always been a dream to do it. It's a big achievement, professionally and also personally. H&M really challenged themselves with craftsmanship, with the high couture level of France, and the results are great." said Parisian designer in his interview to style.com
Mark your calendars...
