The glamour of Parisian couture meets {New York} sensibility in the latest Oscar de la Renta Fall/Winter 2015 campaignshared by Peter Copping just a few hours ago on Instagram.

Photographed by David Sims, Carolyn Murphy is wearing designs from Coppings debut collection for the brand, once again making me appreciate the sensibility and care for the de la Renta aesthetics that Copping understands so deeply and lovingly.

The images took me back to the times of Ferre's Dior mixed with Saint Laurent as well as the couture editorials of Galliano's Dior photographed by Demarchelier in early noughties. And it was a wonderful, absolutely wonderful, trip down the fashion memory lane.

I am so in love right now... The only cloudy spot on my mind is the secret wish of Copping staying at Nina Ricci... I missed his work, his vision - everything.

  6. I wasn't sure how I would feel about this collection, simply because, for the first time, it wouldn't be de la Renta make the dresses. But I must say, I can see now that I had absolutely no reason to be the least bit concerned. Copping has exceed every one of my expectations.
