I still can't listen to the music. Any tune is like a shot of pain that burns the heart. But life goes on and I am living it the way I can. For now, without an accompaniment, but supported by the warmth of friendships and dose of inspiration coming from New York fashion week.
The latter is like a wonderful surprise to wake up to every morning, so I make a cup of strong tea and browse the latest collections. Some will be shared on the blog soon, of course, but for now I want to keep them to myself and avoid throwing piles and piles of information into your faces because it would be too overwhelming.
Maiyet campaign arrived to my inbox on Sunday. Naturally, I followed the link to see it straight away. After all, Maiyet is one of my favourite brands (did you see the gorgeous dress I featured last Friday? Such a dream...) and definitely one of the best things that happened in America over the past few years. Yes, a grotesque statement to digest, but I sincerely believe it's true.
Frankly, the photos could not have come at a better time, the time when I want to reduce the "personal conversations" to a minimum, yet chronicle my emotions one way or another without hurting everyone who chose to stop by the blog. And these photos reflect them perfectly.
Don't forget, Maiyet Fall/Winter 2016 will be live streamed today at 4PM (New York time) or 9PM (London time) on Maiyet website
