Correct me if I am wrong, but it often seems that having an enviable all-white French Riviera style wardrobe is a kind of fashion dream that comes with a hefty price tag. Well, at least that's how I felt until this morning when I saw the summer capsule collection designed by Christophe Lemaire for Uniqlo. Was I excited? Oh, yes, absolutely!

Having worn his cardigan practically 24/7 and never forgetting how wonderful his Hermes collections were, I know it's going to be wonderful, well-made and look good on me (and for years to come) - whether I choose to walk around my humble neighbourhood, visit Brighton or, in my wildest dreams, find myself in France.

Cannot wait to get a few wish list treats that will go so well with Ines de la Fressange ones... The collection goes live tonight and hits the stores tomorrow, so don't deny yourself a chance to add something elegant to your wardrobe. And if you aren't into summer whites, he's got everything done in moss green, mustard, red and black, too. Love Lemaire - such a clever, clever guy.

  2. I've had my eye on that striped sweater ever since I spied it in the look book. I might just have to take a walk over to Uniqlo tomorrow :)

  3. I love the all white look! I'm too messy to wear all white, but I love how fresh it looks :)

  4. Every time one of Uniqlo's collaborations debuts, I am gutted that there are so stores in Canada. I will have to hope that this collection is still available when we arrive in Europe in two weeks because the dress, the striped top... I need all of it.
